When is payment required? Is it required in full upfront?
Payment is required in full and upfront.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Cash, CC, or Checks made payable to "New Meadowlands Stadium Company".
What areas of the stadium are seen on the tour?
Stadium locations are based on availability and could include:
- Press Box
- Moody's Commissioners Club
- Field (Please Note: Field access is pending stadium-wide event calendar)
- Legacy Club
- Suites
Approximately how long is the tour?
120 minutes
What happens if there's inclement weather?
Tours operate rain or shine. Emergency weather may impact operation. Refunds or re-scheduling under this condition is tbd.
Able to do tour as birthday party? Is there a room available to have pizza and cake after the tour?
Yes, you can celebrate your birthday during a tour. Food & beverage may be available at an additional cost upon advance request.
Refund/exchange policy?
No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

Is there a charge for parking?
No, parking for tours is free.
Where will tour guide meet our group?
At the MetLife Gate.
What items cannot be brought on tour?
Video Cameras, Large Bags, and Food and Beverage are not allowed on the tours.
What does group need to bring day of? (ticket/confirmation letter)
For Public Tours, each person attending the tour must have a printed ticket or ticket on their phone to show the tour guide.
For Private Tours, the confirmation letter with ticket must be printed or displayed on the attendee's phone to show the tour guide.
